Montana facing off with Feds over Gun Rights
Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer (D) signed a controversial new bill into law that would make it legal for any firearm, firearm accessory, or ammunition manufactured in Montana and sold in Montana to be exempt from the interstate commerce laws the federal government has placed on states. This would make it legal for firearms and firearm accessories, such as silencers, that were banned by the federal government to be sold in Montana with no registration necessary.
It is being reported that the Montana Governor has drawn a line in the sand and the AP is reporting that if Obama hits Montana hard, they could probably vote to secede the union.
What do you think about these gun laws? Does the federal government have the authority to go into Montana using the Interstate Commerce Clause to make arrests of individuals manufacturing and selling these weapons? Do you think Montana will take action against any federal agents that try to enforce these federal laws in Montana?

Jorge Says:
I’m moving to Montana! Seriously!! That is great new. Finally a state stands up to the anti-gun left. Now, if we can only get other states on board…
pete collins Says:
I’m ready to go too. I will move anywhere there is freedom left if we can’t win the fight in Florida.
John Says:
I’m with Jorge and Pete! Time to pack and move to Montana.
